Volunteering for annual asian celebration

Alain is committed to contributing to his community. When not spending time with his family exploring Oregon or working tirelessly for his clients, he can be found volunteering for the following organizations.

Habitat for Humanity 

Alain began volunteering for the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity of Central Lane in 2010, and has worn several hats, including 8 years as Chair of the Construction Committee and 3 years sitting on the Board. He is delighted to have been involved with seeing over twelve families settled into their new Habitat homes, and has contributed his architectural expertise to other homes by advising on environmental systems and spatial design. Among others, he has worked on houses on Hope Loop, Yogi Way and larger development such as Fischer Village.

Asian celebration

Yearly Asian Celebration held at the Lane County Events Center for the last 35 years.

Alain has volunteered his time and skills since 2015 to support this celebration of culture and diversity. Each year, he has designed efficient spatial layouts and provided floor plans that maintain safe access and maximize usable space.
